Nat, tbh I LOVE the evil Shanks theories. I think the final war between Shanks Vs Dragon (and Luffy) would be a PERFECT ending for one piece
I just don't think Oda has the balls to do it
I'm fine with nice, very good Shanks as well but evil means a more complex Shanks

just think about the emotional trauma that Luffy has to endure ... Luffy Vs Imu is a meaningless war
Imu was the rival of Joy Boy, she/he has ZERO connection to Luffy as a person
but if her son lead the war in the name of balance ...
the plot would be MUCH richer if you ask me ...
