RobertoTheOharaSurvivorThere is a mysterious hiker in Pokemon Platinum that talks about myths of Sinnoh like Arceus and the plates. There is some Japanese fans theorize that it is Volo.
In Platinum, there is a small in-game event that is unlocked. This, however, cannot be done through normal gameplay. To activate this event, a special event Arceus was distributed during the 12th Pokémon film.
