In conclusion, flashback Earl Shi has lower offensive capability but higher defense, while Chiyoyou Arc Earl Shi's offense is significantly higher but his defense were off since he doesn't even bother to defend himself since he was looking for a place to die. Which means that Ouhon would have lose against flashback Earl Shi.

I don’t think Ouhon would die instantly but at Chiyoyou he would’ve lost to prime Shi Ei. Ouhon probably didn’t reach prime Shi levels until Shukai Plains, and even then prime Shi probably still edges the win.
