Nope he wasnt. He was banned since he permanently insulted, f.e. "stfu xyz, go help ur mom she won't walk properly after the yesterday night". He is banned for 24 hours. He got his "last warning" about insults already last year by Nat, Gol D Roger, Al Sama.... we are way to lenient. His next big insult will lead into a perma.

In my opinion they are mostly nonsense, but thats just my opinion. :D But his mass on insults are way over the top. And its not an single event, it happens to permanently.
