I watched the anime, it is great and I will continue to do so. Sadly I got spoiled bout the manga ending. It is good, so I would say yes, either way continue because the story is still great in the later parts. And now we even gettin a movie.

I have started it, didn't wait for an answer...continued from where the anime left off, at the beginning i had to think hard about events preceeding the moment but damn ngl it was cringe when Ichika apologizes to Nino and says "didn't know love would be this painful"
