Invulnerable? How so? Midir is a direct descendant of Archdragons so he himself is nigh invulnerable.
Not really sure Placy’s time manipulation applies in combat. Midir’s dark powers do though and they grossly amp his firepower above anything Placy has bar that lightning stab.

Not sure about the version we fight but prime Placidusax with all of his heads and wings is probably winning and might scale above pretty much everyone in the DS-verse. That version of Placid was supposedly nigh invulnerable/invincible.
