Dude I think it’s possible Ryokugyu just gasses the whole alliance with spores and insta wins.

In a straight 1v1 it really depends on Luffy’s ability to use G5. I don’t see ACOC or Gear 4 on their own as enough to win.

Supposing nlf applies to G5, Aramaki likely cannot take him down in the physical sense and has to resort to waiting out until G5 runs out to decisively beat Luffy. Gassing the whole alliance to win ala what @AdmiralKinyagi proposed would only work if he can control where the spores go, otherwise the whole capital will go down and not just the alliance. He might do it if he really subsribes to Akainu's justice, tho.

I think knowing his abilities Aramaki has a great shot at draining Luffy out of stamina tbh. Before his introduction i had Luffy above without any doubt but now I'm not so sure anymore.

I really have no idea where it is going lol. I think narratively it is very unlikely for Ryokugyu to job for pleny of reasons but I also don't think Oda would make Luffy look too bad just after he unlocked a new gear form.

Ryokugyu’s main goal seems to grab something that will get him Sakazuki’s acknowledgement.

I highly doubt Luffy is the only thing he could bring back. Pluton? Kaido? There’s possibilities.

I like the idea of him stealing Pluton which would be absolutely busted and bring the WG back on the map.

WG/Marine getting Pluton would be a good way to balance things out with the alliance already having an ancient weapon (Shirahoshi) on their side. And i bet it would make Akainu really proud

I don’t think we’ll see Gorosei Sakazuki unfortunately, with the Gorosei all being represented as irl World Leaders, it seems like Oda is planning something special for all of them.

Luffy will win this for two reasons, first he is the MC and second he currently has all three Haki maxed (imo) with his unlimited stamina+life force hax df awakening.

Prior to Wano it felt like the Gorosei could be top tiers with how mysterious they were. Seeing them repeatedly panic and lose control of themselves really brought them down lol.

I think it’s getting clear that admirals will be opponents for Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and *maybe* Yamato.

Gorosei will be enemies for the rest of the crew and *maybe* Yamato as well.
