On the other end, Kaido, Kizaru, Akainu, Aokiji have great devil fruits and advanced Hakis.
Someone like King has an overpowered race ability, good fruit and advanced CoA.
Katakuri has awakened fruit and level two CoA.

but they are definitely above the likes of king, marco , katakuri by a very significant margin
so the lower end of a top tier fits.

They are YC1 level characters as all YC1 have decent stats with one top tier stat. Law has one top tier stat which is his damage output and Kidd arguably has one top tier stat which is his ability to push and pull things.

Aside from that Law and Kidd have comparable to stats to everyone else.

I think you are fundamentally reading a story differently than I am if you are telling me Zoro's CoA isn't top tier.
At this point it becomes a power level debate rather than a constructive discussion.
That's a waste of time.
And our discussion makes me still think Law and Kidd are not top tiers instead Law is YC1 level character and Kidd is either YC2 or at best YC1 level character.
