No troll, I think it depends on the scenario but generally I think that Oda still intends to portray Admirals, Pirate King, and Yonko all as mostly equal in spite of how terrible Big Mom and Kaido’s feats and portrayal were lol.

Whats made me re-consider is that I’m not sure if any feats prior to the last hundred chapter or so are actually valid or “up to date”, and the evidence we have in the last hundred chapters from Borsalino and Aramaki actually suggests admiral >= emperor.
With the “up to date” thing, Oda originally planned for Doffy instead of BM in Wano when he was writing Marineford, so Doffy in that arc seems portrayed

MUCH stronger (washing Jozu and having panels that paralleled him with the admirals) than he would later be in the story. The opposite is true with Crocodile.
And that’s why I don’t really know if any of the evidence about the admirals from a decade ago is still valid. And the recent updated evidence on its own is kind of crazy.

Oda definitely did not have a full grasp on power levels a decade ago, but even then it was clear to the non-retarded that they were far above Yonko commanders and among the most powerful in the series. Every Admiral humiliated Whitebeard 1v1 while restraining their own power against him, granted Whitebeard was old and sick, but he was still never stated to be weaker than the other Yonko lol.

Also think about how Oda probably wants his audience to feel going into the final saga.
If Luffy can just wash everyone other than Blackbeard or Imu, then how are we as readers supposed to feel any hype for the final war?
Admiral hype is unironically good for the story, if Aramaki looks insane here the tension/stakes going forward will be immense.
