I always suspected Shanks may be the fastest character alive ever since what he did at MF, but I thought it might be too disrespectful for Oda to not let Kizaru be the fastest character. Looks like I underestimated how much Oda loves Shanks though because Shanks just straight up outspeeded Kizaru in the movie

I wonder why they are putting Kizaru in all the movies or special episodes lol. It seems it’s the only main marine around. They used him as filler all the time.
