Warlord BB high diff'd Ace so the highest I would put him is strongest yc2 more or less.

Magellan was in-between high tier and top tier. Shiryu was as strong as Magellan so he falls on thar same level. For comparison, King also falls on that same level although he is stronger than Magellan.
