Zolo won't even be 10% as strong as Roger. Kid and Law combined EOS may be like 40% of Prime Roger. BB has more of a chance that too like 10-20% because he uses negative tactics too and is not per se brute.

Roger is not that impressive, he only conquered the sea because Primebeard allowed it. Primebeard however is a different story, he's constantly nerfing himself to avoid sinking his crew by mistake. Canonically Roger would've never become PK without Oden, a favor done by Wb. Akainu > Roger, Blackbeard/Goofy > Primebeard/Xebec, the rest of the new gen bozos would do well reaching Rayleigh level.

Teach is different because he right now needs to master the gura gura so he depends on EOS strength but he is >Roger/Whitebeard right now
They both will be leagues above by EOS
