There will definitely be people close to him but the whole story has been going for him being the best one. Hara will give him some form of edge.

He will be the greatest in the unification sense but I don’t know if he will have feats that will make him 100% above Riboku and Gakuki. Maybe (Kingdom can be a bit shonen like sometimes) or maybe not.

I think Shin will be the greatest general yet. He'll surpass everyone before him but eventually someone new will surpass him (probably in an epilogue)

Just going to take lead role along with Ousen and others in unifying the whole china and has strength, army and tactics surpassing his peers or those from old gen like Ouki or Renpa.
