So for starters I don't even think Green Bull has a black blade..his weapon could literally be a wooden sword, we can probably see in color.

If Black Blade is next step to that that would mean you need highest level of AdvCoC or mix or advCoA AdvCoC both maximized.

No because Mihawk having Black Blade and it related to CoC can make sense because Mihawk having CoC above Roger as WSS and Kingly ambitions can make sense since Zoro is purely a CoC focused fighter.

It depends, Mihawks ambitions were never said to pale in comparison, WSS title was called "Such a great ambition" by Kuma as a worthy replacement for Pirate King title in Thriller Bark.
Mihawk said Pirate King is harder than WSS, harder doesn't mean bigger ambition always.

The damage Zoro did to King was objectively far greater than damage Oden did to Kaido.
And quite frankly I would put Zoros Dragon damnation attack as a whole on a higher level than Odens attack.
