I think that is most likely Kuzan though because in 1046 cover 1 guy didn't run away and infact looked calm ( the one who was thinking of Ice cubes )
So what i'm thinking is - he didn't run & was calm because he knew Kuzan was an Admiral ( supposedly a good guy )
All the others ran away because they thought Kuzan was a bad guy though ( because he was a BBP )

About him being silhouetted - Oda silhouetted things all the time
