Zephyr’s statement is weird because Kizaru matched Rayleigh’s swordsmanship and tanked a Haki strike from Marco with no injury, so I’m not sure where Zephyr’s idea that Kizaru’s Haki is lacking would come from, especially since Zephyr’s own Haki has been massively power crept. Lol

@Fleet Admiral Lee Hung Z said something about Haki? I might have to revist it lol. I only remember Z mentioning the fact that Kizaru became "too comfortable" with his Devil Fruit.

I think that is a pure indication that Kizaru was a true Haki talent in the marines and Z might hate his decision to accept the Devil Fruit lol.

@HA001 Nah. We don't know much about Aokiji. The statement about Akainu and Kizaru being monsters is correct but it was also mentioned that they joined together. There was no Aokiji in that statement.

Yeah Zephyr never berated Kizaru’s Haki I guess, but it seems weird for a character who’s best attribute is Katakuri level CoA to instruct Kizaru on combat ability. Lol

As for CoC though, Kizaru always struck me as a world noble himself, he even seems to have quite a sheltered/privileged childhood, which would certainly imply he has CoC if he was born to a high born family.
