In 1v1s I think Aramaki is the weakest admiral, but in general he's definitely the most efficient after Akainu, he really gave no fucks about taking on the alliance that beat two yonko. So if I wanna capture Mihawk e.g. I'm dispatching Aokiji, but if I want someone to go smoke the Meme pirates I'm sending Gigabull for sure.

In 1v1s: Akainu > Garp ~ Aokiji > Fujitora > Kizaru > Aramaki
Overall strength (against multiple opponents): Akainu > Aramaki > Kizaru ~ Aokiji > Fujitora > Garp

You don't expect an admiral to do 1v1s anyway, they're given fruits that more or less are natural disasters, they are expected to deal with entire yonko crews. We already saw that with Akainu and Blackbeard, Kizaru & the Meme alliance and Greenbull & the Wano alliance.
That's why Whitebeard was a tier above the others, he can give an admiral trouble on his own.

@Gehrman i would rank Kuzan and prime Sengoku as equals, Kuzan never made Fleet Admiral but Sengoku also never had to fight Sakazuki for the title. Lol

The Marines are the military of the World Government which should not exist when all is said and done. Maybe some Marine like group consisting of the sword remnants or something. But Coby as the lead? Maybe him or Smoker.

The marines in their current state won't exist, but a replacement definitely will eos imo. World Government on the other hand is gone.

Coby is a chump, he might become strong but the marines isn't a hobo pirate crew, someone intelligent should head it. That's why I think highly of Fujitora, his plotline won't go to waste. He already clashed with Akainu on how the marines should be open with civilians. Koala mentioned how the government aren't their enemies but the nobles who stand on top.

Remnants of the marines are also more likely to follow a former admiral than some scrub captain, or some random vice admiral from G5, a branch famous for being violent and rowdy. lol.
