SakazOukiRenpa with his Sanyou army wins this, not sure about how he well he performs with Chu.
In a 1v1 they’re pretty even I’d say, I can’t see Man’U outperforming a walking legend like Renpa. Moubu will eventually surpass him but definitely not now. Man’U is a 97 strength and his General Factor isn’t quite the strongest, so if Moubu can’t handle that as he is now there’s no way he’s beating Renpa
