Man look at Mihawk, casually got 3.6 Bounty just because of his title..and Zoro will become WSS as soon as he defeats him.
Even tho Whitebeard was fake WSM in his old age..he was legit in his prime and Blackbeard still declared himself WSM after he got WBs fruit.
Kaido got defeated..no one including Luffy himself called Luffy WSC.
