I agree with that. I think even YC1's aren't really that strong against top tiers. They can just survive lol. It'd be Luffy pushing Mihawk to low or maybe very low Mid Diff while Mihawk only needs 1 serious blow to kill the others.

Also what difficulty do you think current Luffy pushes prime Oden to?

Luffy should be able to push Kaido to mid difficulty by himself. But he isn't 1v1ing Kaido.
Luffy pushes Oden anywhere from high difficulty to winning by Extreme difficulty. I have Oden ~ weaker top tiers like Fujitora, Linlin

Luffy is low top tier Zoro YC1 Sanji RS YC3 max.
I can see Mihawi winning mid/high diff but Sanji may as well be a non factor.
