Its Shin Nouzen from the Light novel/anime "Eighty-Six". I highly recommend the anime, Extremely well adapted and animated!

The art is by the artist who drew the images in the light novel, The hair looks a bit weird here. I urge you to continue as yes it is sad but it builds up to something beautiful.
