But if Doffy was using pre skip knowledge, it can also be reasoned that pre skip Law & post skip Law hax have different haki reqts hence proving the point ive been trying to argue.

I’d agree somewhat, only Imo it’s more so oda giving the indication DF themselves grow stronger. With Law the most noticeable indication in the size of his rooms.
Whereas the the premise that each individual DF has an independent Haki threshold. Would leave us in most causes never capable of scaling DF/Haki interactions.

As of now most likely yes.
Its a new concept which Oda is just getting into, maybe we'd get more clarity in the future.
Even then, id argue that the threshold depends on the df users general tier/mastery and not just the df itself (pre ts, post ts law example basically). Hence why the Chopper opponent argument.
