Killer himself is a pretty mobile fighter and a high mid tier, so he's no slouch in speed either.

All in all Killer seemed to be pretty evenly matched with two sword Zoro, but got blitzed and oneshot once Zoro could improvise his third sword. I guess there's a substantial gap in CQC prowess between Santoryu and Nitoryu Zoro.

After reading the scene of Zoro fainting, it seems that most/all of the cause goes to the stab wound. Zoro mentioned "getting injured before the final battle", and the way he's dizzy and ends up fainting seems like something that can be credited to blood loss.
