He charged at WB and made WB sweat. Given, that was almost 10 years later, but still.

I think he got stronger in the ten years since fighting Asura and turning the Wasteland into Kuri. We saw all the Red Scabbards train and get stronger.

We saw Scabbards train. Oden was as nonchalant as ever. I don't think he did any training, he spent his time trying to sail.

I still think he got stronger and more experienced during the years. Maybe didn't train much but honed his craft and skills.
