Katakuri gets his fair respect. I wouldn't say he's wanked.

Every fandom will have their minority of wankers who are completely illogical lol. Overall I see most posters on here who downplay Kuri.

@Admiral Lee Hung I wouldn't say he's downplayed. Most place him in high high tier no? They just happen to put him near the bottom of that tier. Compare that to Vet level Doffy, Vet level DR Zoro, YC Mihawk, YC admirals, etc. Downgrading a characters by multiple levels is what constitutes true downplay.

Vet level Doffy hasn't been a serious proposal since chapter 882, or there about when Sanji rocked Oven. Vet Level DR Zoro is just a meme mostly because he confidently beat a vet level character. It's an open contradiction, like calling water dry. YC Admirals hasn't been a thing since 2017 at most and most people consider Mihawk top 10 material.

Compare that to Katakuri who is constantly said to be weaker than... A bunch of featless YC1's who are his peers. For no reason? Weaker than YC2s like Queen in some instances.

I'm not saying that such current downplay is widespread (outside of Meme stans like Ndule, Rosella, etc), but such downplay did exist.

Saying Katakuri is the weakest high high tier hardly qualifies IMO.

I am not bothered by people that place Mihawk below all Yonkou as long as they recognise he's a top tier.

Sabo is rated anywhere from mid high tier to low top tier. He's probably actually being actively downplayed.
