Well Wano showed us that swordsmen still have decent DC (and hence AP) even with tiny blades. If Zoro could casually send a slash that diced a house without haki using a hiltless Seppuku knife, with his top tier COA and greater swordplay Mihawk should be capable of much more.

The only things Mihawk would lose, would be range, defense, AP/DC, AOE and CQC ability. The rest of his stats remain in the top tier, and even the afore mentioned four should still be high tier.
