Pica mid diffs Bege. I'm of two minds, I want it to be made because those two are the most frustrating characters to argue against. But it'll also be filled with "Doesn't have enough DC" on either end.

How would one credibly make tgat argument for Pica? The argument against Pica is usually that he's too slow to defeat his opponent, but his fist is around the size of a town and causes much more environmental destruction than even Leo Bazooka.
