Fujitora is a top tier as an admiral but even mihawk fighting him might bite his fans in the ass. If he wins it'll be an amazing feat but if neither wins or worse mihawk looks inferior at any point its not good
Even tho again fujitora is a top tier and an admiral he isn't really placed that high in comparison to his other admirals or even top tiers in general

Honestly tho his marineford portrayal really fucked him over lol. Even now with him teaming up with crocodile and them viewing eachother as equal (not in strength but still) isn't the best. Then we got him being swayed by buggy's ambition and speach to help him become pirate king
