If any warlord joins(except for a moron like Weevil) I think they'll become part of the leadership of the Cross Guild just like Mihawk and Croc

@TheKnightOfTheSea: I doubt it. Mihawk and Crocodile founded Cross Guild together, and Crocodile has the ambition to build a utopia. The other warlords don't seem to retain such ambitions and besides, given his bounty, Crocodile is likely stronger than them.
