SentinelBro tell me your experience when you are done with the first dungeon.
Btw, in this game you can do the 4 temples in any order but - even the game advises it - the one in the Hebra region is basically "the first dungeon".
TotK makes BotW look like a demo; and BotW was already amazing. I'm fascinated.
SentinelI thought it was OoT Rauru but he is someone completely different. I'm also looking forward this character. Btw, memory storyline will appear again, wo carefully look at the correct order! I didn't follow this (as I played everything blind) and one memory immediately "spoiled" me.
Elder Lee HungSo far I am completely blown away, I’m only 3 hours in but if the first 3 hours are any indication of what the rest of the game is like, this game completely blows Breath of the Wild out of the water in every possible way. Even the moment to moment exploration is an absolute joy with the new Zonai arm powers.
Elder Lee HungThe arm powers were the aspect of the game I thought I would care about the least but they have blown me away, they make what would otherwise be simple exploration and traversal extremely fun and engaging. And the tutorial area…good god, it’s like they read my BotW posts of the world being flat and unintriguing and word for word lol. Amazing experience so far.
EmperorKinyagiI enjoyed ToTK a lot more at first but started to feel a bit of BotW fatigue after doing like 15 shrines. Personally I don’t think the overworld is that different but the dungeons, underground, sky areas, and boss fights are really cool.
EmperorKinyagiAlso the dungeons are pretty much divine beats mechanically with you having to find 5 switches/checkpoints in each. But the aesthetics/visuals and the boss fights within are wayyyyyy better
SentinelI also like the hand abilities a lot. I wasn't so fond of the fusion mechanism before but now, it completely blew me out of my mind. Imo it fixed the durability issue in BotW. And fusing vehicles is also extremely funny. Wait till you reach the underground. That's one of the best gaming experiences ever.

Yes, but what matters is that they are 1.) larger and more vast in terms of puzzles and rooms. They clearly feel like traditional dungeons.
EmperorKinyagiNot all of them are larger. The wind temple specifically is smaller than the divine beasts and has fewer puzzles.
I played Skyward Sword and Wind Waker recently, the dungeons in ToTK are better still not on that level.
EmperorKinyagiThe boss in the wind temple is amazing tho, much much better than any blight ganon
SentinelWell the Wind Temple, as technically the 1st one, is decently sized with 3 floors. Vah Medoh and Vah Ruta were definitely smaller. How many minutes did you need to finish the Wind Temple?
Sentinel@EmperorKinyagi Well surpassing the blight ganons ain't that much of a feat but Colgera was definitely one of the best Zelda bosses.
EmperorKinyagiThe wind temple took me 30-45 minutes I think. Also the bottom 3rd floor is one room.
EmperorKinyagiIt's not even a room really its a platform that you have to jump off the ship and glide to the bottom of to get and then it takes you right to 2nd floor
