I understand but it’s hammered home multiple times in the story that all CDs are supposed to be equal. That was the whole reason the WG was founded (allegedly). Wouldn’t a CD in the navy be serving the other CDs breaking the whole equality thing

The Gorosei have more jurisdiction over the day to day operations of the WG as a whole, but the fact that the God’s Knights exist as the “mediators of CD disputes” implies the Gorosei don’t have that power.

Not really,Oda loves Garp because Oda is a retard and so is Garp. Oda does not love the Gorosei, these guys are going to get pounded hard at EOS. Especially if they are based off of irl figures. The Leopold II Gorosei in particular is probably going to get thrashed horribly.
