4) there is so much material in regards to the marines that Oda is yet to cover that I just doubt he would push it back even further. Coby and Smoker are extremely important characters and yet have had little development post-skip. We also know nothing about the SSG, vegapunk, or Ryokugyo. We know relatively little about Garp as well as his relationship with dragon.

For me Blackbeard then Marines . Teach will be stronger than Akainu but Luffy won't defeat him without assistance ( like Rocks ) or something very convenient

The newspaper seemed to suggest Sabo being dead as opposed to captured to me? Another Ace rescue arc would be needlessly repetitive.

The final war won't be Luffy vs the marines. The main enemies of the final war are the gorosei and Imu. Akainu, who is the most antagonistic of the marines, seemed to dislike the gorosei and the corruption of the celestial dragons. He would honestly be an ally in the final war.

It's implied that there would be a final war after the One Piece is found. I'm not sure it makes sense for Luffy to beat Sakazuki before that final war.

Sakazuki being an ally of the Strawhats seems very implausible. It runs very contrary to his theme of absolute justice.
2) the events of reverie set up a marine arc happening immediately after wano. Sabo, vivi, and probably hancock as well are likely captured by the world government.
3) Akainu will most likely be weaker than EoS blackbeard. Blackbeard has an enhanced body as well as two of the most powerful fruits in the series. He could also get a 3rd DF.
