Same reason I dislike Garp. I get wanting to help people, but just by the nature of his position he’s doing more harm than good by guaranteeing the power of the CDs. And probably because Suzaku Kururugi is one of my least favorite anime characters and Fuji reminds me so much of him I have a strong bias.
