I dont. Hes vastly overrated. Hes not that strong. He may have a good fruit but his haki is shit. His haki was broken grabbing laws sword which wasnt clad in haki and its not even a graded sword so its lower than zoros sandai.Even narratively speaking meme sent cracker to fight the man that beat doffy and kaido sent jack to retrieve him. They are the yc3s of the crews so it doesnt make sense to place him above them.

Doffy still received superior portrayal to Jozu. He handled Kuzan's freezing ability much better, and humiliated Jozu and made a chair out of him.

At best Mingo is YC3/YC2 level because of his versatility and strength with his DF but his Haki is just too weak. Every first mate will beat the shit out of Doflamingo because of their superior Haki. After all, Haki is mainly the most important ability in the New World.

His mobility, versatility, durability, endurance, regeneration, strong defence (spider web could block G3 attacks, and Off White could block Culverin) and very powerful awakening place Doflamingo near the top of mid high tier.

Wrong. Katakuri has the same attack pattern with Raindrops Mochi and Flowing Mochi like Doflamingo's. His Power Mochi is actually the reason why Kata's awakening is more versatile since he uses it as an extention of his CQC skills whilst Doffy is not able to do the same.

Jozu made aokiji bleed if you wanna go down that route whilst doffy shit himself and walked off.
Even more bad portyal its been hammered into us kaido values strength above everything yet he calls doffy a weakling yet strong people he values and wants on his actual crew. That has doffys portayal lower than even asura or denjiro.

Reminder: When Luffy asked him if Kata awakened his DF, he said: "OF COURSE I awakened my DF" as if it's something to be expected from someone on his level.

Awakening is most likely something basic for the first mates whilst it was Doffy's trump card.
