TheAncientCenturionDefinitely not. You can look at that as the Yonko > 3 admirals of the Naruto fandom, an out of date and retarded opinion. Jiraiya would need extreme diff against Kisame alone and would never hope to take Itachi down
TheAncientCenturionItachi’s even says if they brought more of them, they wouldn’t be able to assure victory 😂😂😂
Yeah, Pein says that if Jiraiya knew Pein’s secret (Nagato), then he’d of lost. Jiraiya would’ve been able to circumvent Pein and kill Nagato, but there’s no chance he beats the six paths in actual combat.
Elder Lee HungDo you think Kishimoto just retconned their levels? I wonder why he would have Itachi make such a statement.
TheAncientCenturionThe Sannin were much more important in Part 1 than they ended up in Part 2, so I definitely think that plays a role. It’s especially weird when we consider that Itachi’s intro arc has Orochimaru bitching about how 13 year old Itachi was stronger than him and how Jiraiya was always relative to Oro.
TheAncientCenturionBut in part 2, Sannin hype plummets when you have the Akatsuki all bring around their level and the Gokage who has 3 members arguably superior to every Sannin.
Elder Lee HungYeah I remember Orochimaru was always weaker than Itachi and Tsunade was probably relative to Gaara who lost to Deidara. Kishimoto changed his mind on a lot of shit. Lol
TheAncientCenturionIn a fight, Gaara would crush Tsunade. He’s got flight and can constantly make his own desert. Big ups is his attacks would bury Tsunade, she’s got regen but that isn’t shit to suffocation.
I got Jiraiy/Orochimaru in. The high Kage tier and Tsunade somewhere in mid Kage. They’re still strong and all but they went from legends in their own class to particularly noteworthy Kage class shinobi
The sage can likely beat one and hurt the other a little bit before ultimately going down. Itachi knew the caliber opponent he was facing and even commented that it wouldn't be a sure victory with him and kisame
