Who's Who might have a bounty of 800 million (Peros was 700 million, and the Beast Pirates have significantly higher bounties) which puts him very close to Cracker and near Jack.

At least the Mid Trio has to imo. Weak Trio is more debatable, but there’s no other BP shown that are relevant enough for even those 3. If Apoo really is weaker than the Flying 6, then maybe Brook can fight him instead

The weakling trio's opponents haven't really ever been close to the monster's opponents.
