Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier1 is a tie between Mihawk and Dragon
2 is probably Shanks
3 Luffy (because I think Shanks has better Haki and Luffy's stamina with G5 isn't that good, so for now Luffy's below him and Mihawk)
4 either BB or Old Garp
5 to 10 all 5 Admirals (though Akainu might be higher but for now I'm still gonna lump him with the other Admirals)
Key to unlocking a Black Blade is probably just having really good Armament and using
