I'd say Sengoku would be able to overwhelm some Commanders at once , and John Giant and Ronse would be able to clash with other Commanders that Sengoku doesn't take on ( Ronse already clashed with Izo and Vista )
Also Vergo and Post TS Smoker are around Veterans like Oven and Daifuku , and the 5 Buster Call Vice Admirals are stronger than them , so those 5 might be on Perospero or Snack level
