SmokedOutBeing exposed to prolonged levels of radio frequency isn't what the human body was designed to withstand. The big C could result in that exposure.

Haoshoku😮
Zenos7@SmokedOut but we already are exposed to radio frequency, are we not withstanding that? (and designed by who?)
And how would 5G be different if we already are exposed anyway?
SmokedOutYeah we are, but this is a higher level of exposure. I'm not saying it's factual, but in theory, a greater level directly correlates to increased chances of cancer
Zenos7@SmokedOut You mean as in its a higher frequency? Or why higher levels?
SmokedOutI mean 5G is more powerful than the previous generation of RF i.e. 4G. More power, more distance and land area covered, more exposure, faster data coverage all = higher levels frequency/radiation
Zenos7https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EUv-RNEWoAEVmD2.png in terms of frequence, its using an interval that we are already exposed to. And with the microwave you can maybe have some local heating, as with some microwave devices, but they are used in a way to maximize engergy output to cook food, so its not exactly comparable.
Zenos7And even higher frequency will get you to infrared, which is already massively in practice as well. But remote controls are not exactly dangerous either afaik. . .
The studies are producing different results, so the findings are inconclusive for now
Zenos7But as the article points out as well, coffee is also classified as "possibly carcinogenic to humans". And as i also mentioned " the vast majority of frequencies being used for 5G have been used in the past for other things". So 5G really doesnt seem to make that much of a difference, at least not if frequency level is the argument.
