Kaido is too low. He's definitely the strongest Yonkou and should get the benefit of the doubt over most top tiers. There's no reason to place him outside the top 5. Hell, even outside top 3 is pushing it.

Teach is too high for now. He's set up to gain a third top tier devil fruit (probably zoan) and considering his bounty is less than half of Kaido's, he may well be the weakest Yonkou.

Kizaru > Kaido is possible, but Shanks ain't weaker than Kaido imo
