Overall I prefer her balance of top 5 strategic ability and the strength granted by a Kanmei height over Shibashou

In a fight SBS for sure but looking at their entire arsenal definitely Karin.

I've said before Karin can be everything Hara wants her to be. She's a genius tactician and strategist acknowledged by RBK. She cornered and caught Tou off guard and snuck an entire army past him.

Plus she didn't look like Kanmei can one shot her.

And she looks like she's comfortable with unorthodox warfare.

I have her below all "real" 3 ones(Renpa, Renpa, RSJ)

but I do have her above everyone who's mentioned to have talent/could have been a Great Heaven. Shibashou, Keisha, Gekishin.

She's perfectly at the level imo

Hmmm, I would put Shibashou above Keisha. Keisha was said to be “close” to the rank, implying he was beneath that level. All Shibashou had to do was show up to Kantan and he would’ve been the third Great Heaven.

Gekishin is also weird. He has lower stats than Kochou in every regard lol. Minus his “observation” I guess. Really not sure how he compares to the actual Great Heavens from how easily Riboku and Houken beat him. Look at how much shit Ouki put them through by comparison. I’m really not sure Gekishin belongs on that level.

So yeah I would say Shibashou > Gekishin >?= Keisha

I'm not sure about Gekishin tbh

By portrayal he's Qin 6/Zhao 3, but his actual showings make him look fraudulent

Karin. Wild talent since the Coalition way back then, now has been Chu's #2 Great General and at the same time Chu's Head of The Military affairs for years. I'm expecting to see some absolutely terrifying level of warfare from her when we get to the Chu wars.
