And they did make him Head of Zhao's Military but at that time with Riboku being out of the picture (with his defensive strategy still being followed though) and Shibashou not giving a crap in any case, Kochou was the only realistic choice anyway.

And besides, if Kochou’s loss was only due to Shin taking Eikyuu as Hara stated, that is a pretty understandable loss as Eikyuu’s fall was considered impossible by everyone at that battlefield lol.

How in the world is YTW even in the same realm as Genpou, Renpa and above Ouki and Tou lmao.
It would only be fitting for Kochou as the last line of defence of Kantan to be that good, no issue with that.

I don't buy Kochou being more intelligent than Ouki+Tou and being equal to Renpa, Genpo and YTW. Lol.
The difference between YTW and Kochou is that YTW wins with a 3:1 disadvantage when attacking a fortress while Kochou loses with a 3:1 advantage when defending a fortification line. 💀
