When Mihawk accidentally one shots Vista, I’ll concede that he can accidentally one shot stainless. He couldn’t even accidentally one shot Daz though.

Daz is a different story bro. He is man of steel and physical fighters like Mihawk would need to use CoA or some kinda technique to one shot Daz. I don't even think pure physical blows of any level is useful on him. He himself says "Sword strikes and blows are useless on me"

Its not like the slash with which Mihawk did take out Daz took much effort. It was just a slash aimed at steel not flesh.

@Admiral Lee Hung Since you rank Buster call so high (I kinda do too, I think buster call is low top tier level threat), what if they sent Buster call after Mihawk and each ship has a vice admiral in it. And we see Mihawk standing in front unscathed in front of a wrecked buster call.

Would you raise Mihawk's positioning or downgrade Buster call's?

@Admiral Lee Hung current Zoro accidentally oneshots Daz. Mihawk just doesn't use a cannon to hunt a rabbit. Preskip Luffy was the littlest of hares.

Vista clashed with a heavily distracted Mihawk for like a minute. Jozu was able to (slightly) injure a distracted Kuzan and clashed with him for longer. Kuzan only won when Jozu was distracted.

Vista was never distracted during the Mihawk fight, and while Mihawk was heavily distracted, he couldn't land any hit on him.

Worth noting though, momentarily distracted Aokiji was tagged by Marco and Jozu while distracted Mihawk for longer period of time was not tagged by Vista in CqC.

Overall its unknown if Mihawk can one shot Vista as Vista's upper limit is unknown, I mean if he randomly turns out to be a low top tier and strongest WBP after Whitebeard then I don't know

But based on where I place Mihawk (Nigh Pirate King level) and Vista (YC2 level), Mihawk should be able to one shot Vista or at least do what Roger did to Rookie Oden.

@Admiral Lee Hung if Oden (significantly inferior swordsman) can nearly two shot the "invincible" Kaido, then Mihawk can oneshot Vista. It's just a matter of how much time before the hit lands.

I think we are misunderstanding each other. If Mihawk lands a clean hit on vista, of course vista gets one shot. The question is how hard Mihawk needs to work to land that hit or otherwise break Vista’s guard. And that’s not a casual feat for Mihawk.

I agree with Shishio's answer. We don't really know the gap between Vista and Mihawk. All that can be said is that Vista could not do vs Mihawk what Jozu did vs Kuzan (land a hit and injure him when the latter is momentarily distracted).

In fairness I am sure @Admiral Lee Hung agrees that Mihawk's CoO is better than C3 CoO.
Aokiji has other stats on Mihawk like range, versatility and environmental manipulation. If Aokiji and Mihawk were to fight, Mihawk would need superior CoO to compete with him because Aokiji's offense can come from any direction (I think).
