ShiShiShiI think it’d be important to build up muscles in other parts of your body, so doing more than just pull ups would probably be ideal. I don’t see why anything negative would happen in 20 days though, nor do I see a reason as to why it should.

Luffy is the mcDo supersets. A set of pull ups first and then dips with no rest inbetween. Repeat for as long as you want. Finish with some abs exercices
