I don’t really feel like anything has changed tbh, if you look at my top 30s over the years I’ve always had Yonko > admiral generally. To me it was just if they were on the same level or not, and tbh I’m still not sure but that’s just because a couple Yonko (cough Big Mom, Luffy cough) are kinda ass
