SakazOukiDo abs every other (knee raises, decline sit ups, landmine twists, oblique extensions, Ab roller) these are considered the gold standard exercises. Bodyfat is more important but increasing your Abs thickness will help tremendously
You need cardio, 3 times a week. Steady state or HIIT is according to your preference
Stick to low fat, medium carbs and high protein
Do it in 3-4 months, stretching it to a year
