The top level IQ stats are pretty good, but Hara’s strength stats are so abysmal that I question the IQ stats just by association.

Same with Gaimou's 97 strength but at least we know he's getting more feats in the future

Kochou at 96 is based. Give the man some credit, he held off the entire Qin army for a year straight. That ain’t something Mougou or Choutou could have accomplished.
