Sanji did not clearly defeat Page One.
Page One appears to be the weakest Tobi Roppo, and while formidable in his own right, he seems to be the weakest of what are essentially a group of veterans. While he's strong, he's no high tier.

Sanji had a fight with Page One with the stated purpose of putting him out of commission and removing him from the final battle. However, he failed to do that. Not only did he fail to do that, it's not clear that he defeated Page One at all. Prior to the final attack, Page One had taken only insignificant damage and it's not clear that the final attack knocked him out.

Sanji barely fight Page one, he didn't use DJ at all nor HM. And Sanji may even get a PU mid fight. Going all out + mid/end fight boost can make it possible.

If the anime is to be believed, Sanji failed to deal significant damage to Page One. The biggest feat of his much vaunted power up mode is failing to defeat a mid tier.

I do think Sanji is stronger than Page One, I do think that in a full on fight, Raid Suit Sanji would win (he didn't use Diable Jambe for example), but Oda could have drawn Raid Suit Sanji winning and chose not to.

Denying Sanji a clear victory over mid tier fighters makes me doubt the combat role Oda has fashioned for Sanji this arc.

When I thought Sanji had low diffrd Page One, I thought he was going to solo Queen, but now that it's revealed that he didn't low diff him (if he even defeated him at all), I have to reevaluate.

My second reason is that there is much more reason for Luffy or Kidd to fight Queen than for Sanji to do so. Queen tortured the two captains in Udon, Luffy mentioned beating him while they were there and even in the latest chapter, Luffy was placed near where Queen is.

In story, Oda has been setting up a confrontation between Luffy and Queen, but not one between Queen and Sanji.

The meta reason for Kidd to fight Queen is for Oda to hype him up before the tag team battle against the Yonkou. Before the DR battle against Kaido, Law got hype in his fight with Vergo. Something similar could happen for Kidd with Queen.

The meta reason for Luffy to fight Queen is to demonstrate the progress he made through his Udon and post Udon training. Beating Queen without resorting to G4 would be a nice way to demonstrate that progress.

If Sanji does fight Queen despite all this, given how Oda has undermined him as a fighter, I think there's a significant chance that he tag teams Queen with another Strawhat (perhaps Jinbe).

Zoro doesn't have any relationship with King too and will maybe fight him, and Sanji had no real relation with Jabra or even Mr.2 and Kid can totally flex a little against Apoo. I don't think Kid will have a fight with Queen and Kaido/BM.
You can also say that Queen loves women Sanji too, that Queen use techs Sanji too, and that Sanji fought 2 F6 sent by Queen.

Denying Sanji that, undermines his credibility as a combatant. If Oda was going to have Sanji defeat Queen alone, why have him fail to defeat Page One.

I think there's still a chance Sanji will fight Queen. Unlike for Zoro vs King, there is no alternative opponent. There is set up for Luffy to beat Queen, but there's no set up (or anyone else) that could beat King.
