Hes a satire of Fist of The North Star, much like how Jojo was meant to be too AFAIK but he is the most ridiculous, stupidest, hilarious and weirdest character and MC ever imo. If you liked really dumb cartoons like Ed, Edd and Eddy, Cow and Chicken, Fairly Odd Parents, Danny Phantom, Dexters Lab etc (dumb but good I mean), its kinda like an anime equivalent lol.
