Its individual I guess. Some lose weight faster than others. I would not say that it‘s impossible for you to lose that 30 pounds in about 3-4 weeks if you reduce calories and exercise a lot. I am believing in you. I mean look at me now. I was like 400 pounds and now I am 180 pounds. Anyone can achieve anything if they truly want to.
